That was good!This was my first Scalzi novel, and I must say I will become a follower. The world-building elements were deep enough to make the universe believable without overwhelming the reader. The main character is likeable and heroic, without being obnoxious. Basically, this books is a perfect balancing act between first-in-a-series novel and amazing stand alone read.
Mr Scalzi, I tip my hat to you. A must read!
